Creativity
Thinking is a brilliant human asset that fuels productivity, complex problem solving, and creativity. It empowers us to make sense of our experiences and shape our lives with meaning and purpose. However, thinking can also be problematic and limiting. Research estimates that we have on average 60,000 thoughts per day and 95% are the same ones we had yesterday. Most of the time, we are lost in the "virtual reality" of thinking and don't realize that our experience of the present is ripe with judgments, opinions, negative stories, biases, and fixed beliefs.
In this session, we're exploring tools to build our REFLECTIVE INTELLIGENCE and the capacity to relate to our thoughts in a more skillful and liberating way. Through the practices of curiosity, reframing, and open awareness we discover how to creatively get unstuck from our survival brain mode, release self-limiting beliefs, and cultivate a growth mindset where fresh possibilities are endless.
Stepping Into a Universe of Possibility
Rosamund Stone Zander and Benjamin Zander invite us to reimagine the stories we tell ourselves—not as fixed limitations, but as openings to creativity, connection, and transformation. This excerpt from The Art of Possibility challenges habitual ways of thinking and inspires a shift toward curiosity, generosity, and expansive perspective.
